Terms and Conditions
Effective date: May 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Gig Calendar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Use of the service
Gig Calendar helps users view calendar availability, manage booking information, and evaluate scheduling inquiries. You agree to use the service lawfully, provide information you have the right to use, and not interfere with system operation, security, or other users.
3. Accounts and integrations
You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing connected integrations such as Google Calendar. By connecting Google Calendar, you authorize us to access the calendar data needed to provide scheduling and availability features.
You may disconnect Google Calendar from the app and may also revoke access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access may stop calendar sync, saved availability views, and related features.
4. Public availability links
If you create or share a public availability link, anyone with that link may be able to view the availability information shown there. You are responsible for deciding whether a public link is appropriate for your calendar and business context.
5. Scheduling and AI output
Availability analysis, booking suggestions, travel assumptions, and AI-assisted output are informational only. You are responsible for reviewing availability, confirming booking details, and deciding whether to accept or decline an event.
6. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party services, including Google/Firebase and OpenAI. Their services may be unavailable, change, or return incomplete data. Your use of third-party integrations may also be subject to those providers' terms and policies.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including its software and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute it except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these terms, creates security risk, infringes rights, or could harm the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, booking mistakes, or calendar sync failures.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will try to provide reasonable notice.
